We will rent a car for a Tasmania tour, spend three or four nights near Hobart, and prefer an apartment or small lodge with views while still visiting MONA, Salamanca and Port Arthur.

    Choose by the driving routes and evening meals you will use, not only the view from the room. A quiet apartment with parking can work well if you accept a short trip into the centre.
