Where can a group of twelve stay together in Hobart for four nights?

Compare the total cost and cancellation policy of one property against adjacent apartments. Book early and get the host to confirm both units are available for identical nights.

Ask about bathrooms, dining space, parking and winter heating before booking. These matter more for twelve people than the headline capacity.

Search both large homes and two units in the same building. Confirm the actual number of bedrooms and beds; an advertised twelve-person capacity may rely on sofa beds.
