How can we find a Tasmanian fishing experience that includes lunch?

If a venue no longer offers cook-your-catch, consider a guided fishing outing plus a seafood meal separately. Check travel time from Hobart or Launceston before committing.

Confirm booking requirements and the rules for the particular water. Recreational licence and catch rules can differ by species and location, so use the current Tasmanian authority guidance.

Search for currently operating visitor fishing farms or guided fishing venues near the part of Tasmania you will actually visit. Ask whether equipment, cleaning and cooking are included.
