Can we take a Hobart rental car to Bruny Island with children?

If not, compare an island tour or a separate rental arrangement. Confirm child seats and pickup details before paying.

If permitted, book around ferry and driving time and keep stops short enough for the children.

Ask the rental company in writing whether its vehicle may board the ferry and what insurance applies on Bruny Island.
